Hearing Wedding Bells...

This Friday my darling niece is getting married! I'm so excited for her, I remember when she was born. I remember her being 3 years old and sitting in the backseat of my cute little sports car in her booster seat singing Alanis Morrisette with me at the top of our lungs, OK not exactly the best choice of music for a 3 year old, but dang she was cute. So this weeks menu is simple and hearty and filled with some of her favorites.

Monday Baked Philly Cheesefake :)
Ground Sirloin with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese, baked up in homemade french bread. $25







Tuesday Chicken Divan-
Tender chunks of chicken with broccoli in a creamy Mornay sauce, and buttery bread crumbs, served with a side of white rice $30





Wednesday Sweet Pork Salad in Tortilla Bowls-
(This is not sweet pork featured in the picture but this was the only picture of my tortilla bowls I had)

Tender slow cooked sweet pork with crisp greens, black beans, pico de gallo and cliantro- ranch dressing in a crispy tortilla bowl (baked not fried)-$25

Thursday Creamy Tomato Basil Soup with Grilled Cheese Bubble loaf.

So you know how there are just those days when you are craving something, but you just don't know what it is? Hopefully this week's menu helps curb some of those for you...



Monday- Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti
Tender breaded chicken with a homemade marinara sauce $30






Tuesday- Beef Fajitas w/rice

Marinated flank steak peppers and onions with homemade tortillas and rice. You may want to have on hand some pico de gallo, guac and sour cream. $30








Wednesday- Cranberry Chicken with Rice Pilaf
Tender marinated chicken breast and a rich sauce with rice pilaf - $30










Thursday- White Chicken Chili with Cornbread
Chicken breast, white beans, and green chilies in a creamy delicious broth. You might want to try it with crumbled tortilla chips and diced avocado and a squeeze of lime - $25

Taking Requests...

So last night I asked for suggestions and requests for upcoming meals. So without further ado here's next weeks menu as requested by our friends... 


Monday- White Lasagna

Chicken bacon Artichoke Lasagna with Alfredo sauce and a Salad $30

Tuesday- Beef Stroganoff

Tender strips of beef in a savory sauce with buttered noodles and homemade bread $30

Wednesday- Capellini with grilled Chicken

This yummy pasta dish has roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, basil and feta cheese, you will LOVE this! $30

Thursday- Chicken Noodle Soup w/ homemade rolls
Lots of chicken and veggies so good for the soul

A month all ready...

I can't believe it has been a month since I started this little venture. I am so excited about the success that it has had. I'm so grateful for all our friends that have helped make it what it is.

Monday April 8th
Creamy Pesto Linguine with Parmesan Chicken- tender Parmesan crusted chicken in a homemade pesto sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes. Comes with a fresh loaf French bread. $30

Tuesday April 9th-
Beef Enchiladas and Rice- Homemade tortillas filled with seasoned ground beef and rolled in homemade enchilada sauce comes with Mexican rice. $30

Wednesday April 10th-
Thai Crunch Chicken Salad- tender chicken pieces atop mixed greens with mandarin oranges, bean sprouts and a yummy homemade peanut soy dressing. $25

Thursday April 11th-
Chicken enchilada soup with a Mexi ranch salad- one of our favorites is back by popular demand. Get your order in quick for this one, as it is sure to sell out. $25
